Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority travel guidelines to take immediate effect
As of April 1, 2022, inbound travel to/from/within Pakistan guidelines have been updated. Only fully vaccinated passengers of age 12 years and above will be allowed to undertake international inbound air travel to Pakistan with limited exceptions. Restoration of long duration (10 years) regular (paper) tourist visas
The Government of India has decided to restore old valid long duration (10 years) regular (paper) tourist visas for the nationals of USA with immediate effect. Fresh issue of regular (paper) long-duration (10 years) tourist visas has also been restored for US nationals In addition, e-Tourist visas under the three options (one month, one year, and five years), which remained suspended since March 2020, shall stand restored. Looser restrictions for Canadian travelers to India to begin February 14th, 2022
Beginning February 14, 2022, travelers from Canada to India will no longer have to quarantine upon arrival. Furthermore, RTPCR tests are not required if the traveler has their certificate of completing the full primary vaccine schedule of COVID-19 vaccination. For full details, click here.

The Netherlands have new entry rules
Beginning December 22, 2021, all travelers entering the Netherlands, including those connecting to another flight (transiting) via Amsterdam (AMS), must show a negative NAAT (PCR) test taken no more than 48 hours or an antigen (rapid) test taken no more than 24 hours before departure. Travelers from very high-risk areas must self quarantine for 10 days. In addition, the Netherlands requires all travelers ages 12 and older departing from the U.S. to be fully vaccinated unless otherwise exempt. The Ministry of Health of Italy has updated its COVID-19 measures
The Ministry of Health of Italy has tightened restrictions for traveling from abroad, including taking a negative molecular or antigen swab test within 72 hours prior to entering Italy. For full details, visit Italy's Ministry of Health here.

CDC: New COVID testing requirements for international travel into the US
Beginning December 6, all air passengers, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the United States. Visit the CDC here for full details.

Important information from Air India
  • All passengers, including Infants, need to have a COVID report, negative RT-PCR
  • RT-PCR test (COVID TEST) should have been conducted within 72 hours of the flight departure.
  • All passengers will have to fill in the Self Declaration form and need to upload their negative RT-PCR test report online at Air Suvidha Portal prior to scheduled departure
  • All passengers must also carry: Original negative RT-PCR report and print out of the Self- Declaration/PCR done on Air Suvidha
  • All passengers are required to download and install the Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.
Please note that failing to comply with the above mandatory rule may lead to denied boarding.

Entry Requirements for Air Travelers to Canada
In addition to current requirements including a negative PCR test certificate (for all travelers 5 years and older) taken no more than 72 hours prior to departure, strict new testing and quarantine rules will come into effect on the 22nd February 2021 include additional testing upon arrival. During quarantine a mandatory stay in a Government approved quarantine site for approximately 3 days at the passenger’s cost (expected to be in the region of CAD $2,000 per person). A list of approved hotel sites will be made available by the Government on the 18th Feb.

New COVID testing requirements required by the Ministry of Health in Israel and by the US Government
COVID PCR testing requirement for entry to Israel: All arrivals as of January 21st, 2021 for non-Israeli passport holders with approved entry authorizations and all arrivals as of January 23rd, 2021 for Israeli passport holders must also show proof of a negative corona test that was completed within the past 72 hours prior to flight date. As a reminder from the United States to Israel Passengers must have a valid passport all entry permits and an Israeli health form that must be completed prior to airport arrival. Important updates from Air New Zealand

Travel to New Zealand originating in the USA or United Kingdom
If you are travelling from the United Kingdom or the United States and are landing in New Zealand after 11:59pm (NZT) on 15 January 2021, you must provide confirmation of a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result. The test must be taken no more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time of the first sector of your journey. The first impacted Air New Zealand flight from Los Angeles is NZ 5 on 16January.

The restrictions shall not apply to solely cargo carrying flights
India has suspended all domestic flights, except solely cargo-carrying flights, effective March 25
"The operations of domestic schedule commercial airlines shall cease operations effective from the midnight that is 23.59 hours IST on 24/3/2020," said a communication from the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
